Shipping Policy


Our products ship directly from the manufacturer or a third party using UPS, FedEx or a trucking company.  On fixtures designated to ship by truck, there will be an additional flat freight charge of $75.00 added to your order.

We pride ourselves in offering exceptional customer service and want you to receive your products in excellent condition and in a timely fashion.

In some instances delays may occur.  LightingSpaces.com does not have control over the manufacturer’s inventory, production or shipping schedules.  If there are delays or backorders from the manufacturer you will be notified in a timely manner. If you wish to cancel your order due to a backorder see cancellation policy.

LightingSpaces.com is not responsible for any lost shipments.  If loss does occur, you must file a claim to the respective shipper within 36 hours.  If an item arrives to you damaged, we will replace it as long as we are notified within 21 days of receipt of the product. To expedite your fixture replacement request, please email us at sales@lightingspaces.com, or call our customer service department at 1-866-358-6789.

LightingSpaces.com currently will ship to Hawaii and Alaska.   Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will have a surcharge that will be displayed during the ordering process.   We will also ship to Canada.  Duties and custom clearance fees on shipments to Canada will be the responsibilty of the customer.
